Windows 10: hotmail sign in password.

hi need some help.. I updated windows 10 and for some reason on my android devices I cant sign in ..wont recognise my password or telephone number..if I click on android tablet phone forgot password . it wont recognise my Gmail acc or my tel number it shows the last digits numbers , duz your number end 693 . yes I click box . but comes up in red we don't recognise this info .. thanks

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.

E-mail 'em mate, they'll change it no worries. Year before last I forgot my password, I just had to e-mail them with a picture of me, holding a hand-written note displaying my name.
