Windows 10: Hotspot enabled but the internet doesn't connected

Last week, i turned on my PC hotspot because i needed to download some files from my cellphone. But this problem happened today, i don't know what happened because last few days this problem did not appear in my PC and went smoothly as nothing happened. My pc is Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58

my laptop won`t connect to internet

my apps and browser cannot connect to internet and i tryed wifi and ethernet both but still it doesn`t work

but when i connect my phone to my laptop with the cable and turn on the hotspot

it connects to the internet

what should i do to fix it?

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap on Network & wireless.
3. Tap Mobile hotspot.
4. Tap on the On/Off slider to enable the Internet sharing/Mobile hotspot on your phone.

Mobile hotspot Connected but no internet access

Got it.

This usually happen if Internet Connection Sharing was not enabled. To do this, follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + X and select Network Connections.
• Please note that at this point, your hotspot connection should be showing here
• Right-click your internet source, which should be Ethernet.
• Select Properties.
  
• Click Sharing.
• Check the Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection option.
• Under Home networking connection drop-down menu select your
  hotspot connection name.
• Click OK.
