Windows 10: How am I able to get a pin?

Hello,I’m trying to log into the Microsoft Store with my Microsoft account in order to buy a game but it requires that I need my pin for Windows Hello. But I have never set up a pin with it and I’ve tried to figure out how to but nothing worked, because it would instead just go to a different Microsoft account and ask to change or remove the pin in there. And it never switched to my account to see if I could add a pin on there. So now I’m stuck, what should I do?

Clear "Pin suggested" list in People Bar

Does anybody know how to clear the "Pin suggested" list on the "People bar"?

Contacts are added to the "Pin suggested" list once you've pinned and unpinned them. But there seems to be no obvious way to remove them from that list.

After playing around with this feature and pinning and unpinning many dummy contacts, it's rather annoying to see them in the "Pin suggested" list when you click on the "My People" icon in the taskbar.

 

Forgotten PIN and expired password

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to Change PIN password:

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.
