Windows 10: How am I able to make my programs on the taskbar show horizontally with more info? It's...

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Taskbar contractied horizontally

My taskbar is only showing 5 icons horizontally. I can access all of them but they are in vertical sections. How do i get it to show them all again? Also, my up arrow does not work and the icons on the right are on the top instead of centered. I am on windows 10. Please help.

We suggest that you check if the folder is hidden by following these steps:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type folder, and then select
  Show hidden files and folders from the search results.
• Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then select
  OK.
