Windows 10: How am I able to uninstall C++ Redistributables from system with CODE 2503 and 2502?

I am trying to get the newer C++ Red. onto my system, however when uninstalling the packages I am stopped and setup fails due to this message/code:First error:"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate an issue with this package. Error Code 2503"Second error:"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate an issue with this package. Error Code 2502"I have tried to remove it by appwiz and good ol' app settings, but no matter the route, its always the same code. Please, if anyone out there can help m

Unable to install or Uninstall programs, Error codes: 2502 and 2503.

I have a Dell XPS 8900 that was upgraded from Win 8.x to Win 10 right after I purchased it. I am currently running Win 10 64bit. If I try to uninstall a program like Nero 2016 or install some other program I get an error 2503 and error 2502. Some programs
I am able to install some not. I made sure I was running in Admin mode and I followed numerous suggestions of checking processes to see what was enabled etc but I still have the problem. Is reimaging my only option?

For your first concern, please click this link and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested
by Cuong Luong.

The second issue may be related to your network. Please answer a few things for us to further understand the problem:

• Are there other devices able to connect to the internet?
• Is your computer directly connected to the modem with an Ethernet cable, or you connect it via WiFi?
• Have you already tried to restart your modem/router?
• How often does this happen?
