Windows 10: How am I able to uninstall C++ Redistributables from system with CODE 2503?

I am trying to get the newer C++ Red. onto my system, however when uninstalling the packages I am stopped and setup fails due to this message/code:"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate an issue with this package. Error Code 2503"I have tried to remove it by appwiz and good ol' app settings, but no matter the route, its always the same code. Please, if anyone out there can help me from wiping my OS just started from scratch and already downloaded all my old games and content back maxing out the data from ISP IT WOULD BE REALLY APPRECIATE

Visual C++ Redistributable won't install?

This issue might if the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package is not installed properly.

I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the exiting Microsoft Visual C++.

a) Press Windows key + x key and select
Programs and Features.

b) Right click on the Microsoft Visual C++ and uninstall it.

Step 2: Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ and install it.

The error 2503 means that the program/application you are trying to uninstall could still be running on the computer. To stop the program from running, follow the steps below:

• Open Task Manager by typing it in the Cortana search bar and press Enter.
• Under the Processes tab, look for the application.
• Right-click it and select End task.
• After that, try uninstalling it again.
