Windows 10: How am I supposed to revert which program a file opens with

So for context the file type I have is "PISKEL. "Piskel" is a program used to make pixel art. So I tried opening piskel and I stupidly chose to open it with a program. I later realized you can download it as a png inside of the app. But since I changed which program the "piskel" file opens it, the Piskel app can no longer recognize the file. So I just need help reverting the program "piskel" files open with.

Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

Hello, i'm wondering if it is possible to change a open with option back to unknown application on some files. i accidentally clicked open with the picture opener and its stuck on it now. how can i revert this? step by step if possible.
