Windows 10: How can a multi-million company not be able to figure out what time it is?

Seriously... how on earth is that possible:my laptop has a correct region and a correct timezone set UTC+1, and the setting "set time automatically" is on.Yet, the clock, a BASIC FEATURE is off by 2hrs.Like - how the hell can a company hire people to write & maintain an operating system, office suite, cloud services, etc, but CAN'T HANDLE time?! This is ridiulous, like the whole MS.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
Can't figure out how to do what is asked.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
