Windows 10: How can fix the blue screen error, it happens every time I turn on my laptop

Also there is a driver thit is for a unknwn device and I don't know how to install it

How to fix blue screen happening ever time I turn on my pc

thank you and sorry for not listing enough info last time , everytime I turn it on it blue screens before I even get to the Lock Screen with a error code as BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO I’ve watched several videos about maybe using a back up file but I don’t seem to have anything on my pc to resolve this making it just one big loop of a blue screen with that same error code everytime. Again thank you for trying to help with this
