Windows 10: How can i access my bitlocker recovery keys without a trace ID error code

This has been happening for months and I’m scared I’m going to lose everything on my PC Every time I go to access my bitlocker recovery keys, the Microsoft website always give me a trace I’d error page. I have not been able to get into my pc for months now and am starting to get really frustrated. How can i access my bitlocker recovery keys without a trace ID error code

Bitlocker recovery key

I am having trouble accessing my bitlocker recovery key. Every time I access it through my account URL it keeps showing me a trace ID error. I didn't save it any where else. Please kindly help with this.

I have tried changing the network before logging into my account, used several devices , but it keeps giving the trace ID code.

 

Not able to access Bitlocker Recovery Key

Forgot my Bitlocker password for F drive.

Not able to access recovery key. Couldn't locate the text file. Also not in Microsoft Account.

Tried running this code in Command Prompt :

<manage-bde -protectors F: -get >

But it showed 32-digit "Password ID" and "Numerical password ID". Not able to recover the 48 digit recovery key. Is there any possible way to access my bitlocker recovery key.

I did follow your suggestion but I can't get recovery key.

I got the below message.

You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.

Next Step, What should I do?
