Windows 10: How can I access my computer after 24h2?

Tried to login and it freezes, I hit the Wi-Fi icon at login and that also freezes the computer, went to my other non Microsoft account login and logged in just to be met with a grey screen.This only has happened after downloading 24h2 and I'm struggling to find any sort of way to access the computer because even f8 and f11 actions don't help either. I was also told to factory reset the computer but I can't even do that and I don't want to drastically delete everything just to attempt a revert even if I could factory reset, it's an update why do I have to make the sacrifice? Is there any news

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:
