Windows 10: How can I access my notes on the Journal app in another computer?

I signed in using the same Microsoft account but my notes aren't showing up on my other computer. I have a Surface Go that I took notes on and I want to see the notes on my HP Laptop.

Windows 10 and Journal note writer

I'm having the same issue. There is a note on MS support page that says:

"The Windows Journal Note Writer is deprecated"

• "Note The Journal Note Writer is a printer driver that lets users create Journal files by printing documents from any application."

I hope someone finds a way around this or MS brings the function back. The print to Journal function has been very useful.

There is not an "install or Repair Journal Note Writer" option when I click on Tools. Any other suggestions?
