Windows 10: how can I activate my windows 11 pro or sign into a new microsoft account

I need some serious help here, I'm using a HP elitebook 850 G4. I've been having some serious issue activating my windows 11 pro, I also tried signing into a new microsoft account on my pc but I was unable to. I can't even add other users in the friends and family section, every time I try to the sign in window keeps closing. I'm not sure if this problem is responsible for my slow MSstore downloads and my system update 2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5007215 to come finish with an error 0x8007000d , although a previous update 2023-01 Update for Windows

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.

I asked this question using another micosoft account, this one is the one currently login to my PC. I need some serious help here, I'm using a HP elitebook 850 G4. I've been having some serious issue activating my windows 11 pro, I also tried signing into a new microsoft account on my pc but I was unable to.
