Windows 10: how can I activate windows 11 pro or sign into a new microsoft account?

I asked this question using another micosoft account, this one is the one currently login to my PC. I need some serious help here, I'm using a HP elitebook 850 G4. I've been having some serious issue activating my windows 11 pro, I also tried signing into a new microsoft account on my pc but I was unable to. I can't even add other users in the friends and family section, every time I try to the sign in window keeps closing. I'm not sure if this problem is responsible for my slow MSstore downloads and my system update 2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5007215

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.

Microsoft account unusual sign-in activity

Since you have checked your recent activity and confirmed that there were no unusual activities made, please provide us the following information:

• Do you have a new phone from a different provider, or any new apps were installed that might try to sign in using your account?

• Some apps that sign in on your behalf including email apps and social media apps tied to a Microsoft account.
• Apps that sign in on your behalf will need to ask for permissions to do so when they are installed, and will prompt you for your Microsoft account and password.

• Do you remember having to enter your password when you set up any Windows Phone or Windows apps?

If you can't think of any reason why a sign in would occur
from a different location, we strongly suggest that you reset your password and check for unusual activity on any other accounts that you might have.

If you suspect that your account was compromised, you can do the following:

• If apps, services, or subscriptions were purchased with this account:

• Sign-in to account.microsoft.com
• Click Review your purchases and make sure there were no new transactions that you didn't make or expect.
• Click Billing info and make sure your billing info wasn't changed.

• If you're using OneDrive to store and share files, photos, or other data:

• Sign-in to OneDrive.live.com
• Click Shared on the side menu

How To Activate Windows 11 Signed-into Account (B) Using A Windows 10 Digital License Linked to Account (A) On A Different PC?

I have:

• An old PC that:
  
  • Is running Windows 10 Home.
    
  • Activated using a digital license that is eligible for Windows 11 update.
    
    • Digital license is linked to an old Microsoft account (e-mail #1).
      
  • Does not meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11.
    
• A new PC that:
  
  • Is running Windows 11 Home.
    
  • Is not yet activated.
    
  • Is signed-in using a new Microsoft account (e-mail #2).
    

My main goal is to activate Windows 11 Home on my new PC using my existing digital license while keeping:

1. The new PC signed-in to the new Microsoft account (e-mail #2).
   
2. The old PC signed-in to the old Microsoft account (e-mail #1).
   

Side note: Though I would love to keep the old PC working and still licensed, it is OK if that is not possible.

Initial idea:

1. Unlink digital license on old PC from e-mail #1.
   
2. Link digital license on old PC to e-mail #2.
   
3. Check that the new PC is activated.
   
4. Switch back to e-mail #1 on old PC.
   

Yet, I am unsure about the proper way of handling this process while avoiding any hiccups.

Actual questions:

1. Would my initial idea work?
   
   1. Could you please point me to how to unlink an account from a digital license?
      
   2. Could you please point me to how to link a new account to a digital license?
      
   3. Would the Windows 11 Home activation be automatic and immediate or is there anything I need to do before?
      
2. If not, what are my other options?
