Windows 10: How can i add chrome to camera in windows 10 settings at allow desktop apps to acces my camera

I started doing online and i just got a camera found a tutorial to how to do it and i know it works but when i go to meet it says camera failed and i went to windows 10 settings to privacy then camera then went down and stopped at allow desktop apps to acces my camera but the only that appears is discord and it says desktop apps and chrome is in desktop same discord and i dont know what to do

Thank you Anthony. Just to clarify that I tried the suggestion you mentioned:

1. Go to a site that wants to use your microphone and camera.

When prompted, choose Allow or Block (this option is missing)

1. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
2. Click Camera or Microphone.

Turn Ask before accessing on or off (when toggling this feature I still am not able to use the camera)

In the windows 10 settings I see some desk top apps that have camera permissions but Chrome is missing.

If you mean the Allow apps access your camera setting, then it will be grayed out until you turn on Camera access for this device above it using option 1 below.

If it's all grayed out, then it sounds like you may have a group policy configured to disable it. You can check to see if you can use option 6 or 7 to enable this setting to be able to use options 1 to 5 again.

My built in camera doens't be recognized by windows 10 camera app

• Click Privacy, then select Camera.
• Check out the apps that are allowed to use the camera under Choose apps that can use your camera.
