Windows 10: How can I allow Microsoft to open Rogers/Yahoo mail?

I can open my Rogers/Yahoo my through the app on my android tablet but neither my desktop nor my laptop can open my email any longer. This happened about 3 weeks ago and I have not been able to get access.I have used both Chrome and Edge, but neither works. An 'ERROR - something is wrong at our end' comes up after I enter my email address and password.I can access the internet using either browser.I can access my Rogers customer account on my tablet but not using either my PC not my laptop.

Since upgrading to Windows 10 and using Microsoft Edge, Rogers Yahoo Mail has become painfully slow. Specifically, the rotating circle appears after trying to type almost every word or few words. Additionally, when you try to correct a typo or navigate elsewhere
in your email, the lag is incessant - from thirty seconds up to several minutes on many occasions. This does not occur in any other web-access service. Why is this happening and is there a remedy?
