    How can I allow multiple people editing a PDF document at the same time on SharePoint?


    I am trying to create a collaborative location for markups on PDF documents for business purposes. The document needs to be able to be accessed by multiple people at once rather than check-in and check-out, but also allow all users to view changes in real time. This seems to be impossible am I incorrect? If this is not an option, is there a way to update SharePoint for this to become an option?

    PDF Editing

    Hi,

    The PDF format is commonly used for saving documents and publications in a standard format that can be viewed on multiple platforms. With Word 2013 and 2016, you can convert a PDF into a Word document that you can edit.

    Check this
    link     on how to Edit PDF content in Word.

    To convert a PDF into an editable Word document, you open it like you would any other document.

    • Click File, then Open.
    • Choose the location of the PDF and click Browse.
    • Find the PDF and click Open.

    How can I allow multiple people editing a PDF document at the same time on SharePoint?

    Multiple pages per sheet from PDF document

    Upgraded to Windows 10 and 1320c printer works fine BUT when printing a PDF file the option to print multiple pages per sheet is no longer available. It worked fine under Windows 7 and 8 on any printer including the 1320c. Looking at other PCs it appears
    that the options available when printing PDF files under Windows 10 is printer dependent.

    I have tried opening the PDF file with Word2013 and that does allow me to print multiple pages per sheet BUT critical symbols in the PDF document all appear as identical small squares in the Word version rendering it useless.

    Any suggestions?
