Windows 10: how can I backup data from my computer to another computer?

I have a Toshiba satellite e45-b4200 with intel core i5 working on Windows 10.

My laptop updated on the night of May 18, then when I started having issues which can be read here.

Currently, I believe my computer is probably not working with Windows 10 than being a hard drive issue (please correct me if I'm wrong as I do not know anything about computers).

Why I think this is because the whole day today, May 20, I attempted tried entering winRE by using 2 methods of 1) "fn+f8" as my laptop is booting, and 2) having to doing a hard shut down and turning on 3 times, where BOTH methods leads me to messages saying, "Preparing Automatic Repair" then "diagnosing your PC" then finally "repairing disk errors. this might take over an hour to complete."

I've tried entering winRE 3 tries and ALL tries I've done today took 4hr. to complete. Once it finishes repairing whatever, it just brings me to a blank/black screen with a movable cursor. My goal is to enter Safe Mood to try to backup my data because I am considering on turning my laptop to a repair shop as this blank/black screen issues is something I can fix sadly myself. If you have any other suggestions for me try, let me know! Or please let me know what you might think this issue might be causing my laptop to show a black/blank screen!

But please please, before I do go to a repair shop, I would appreciate any suggestions on how to transfer my data from my laptop to another laptop/computer? As in using a program or an app or some cable? I did backup most of my data, but not all my data! which is what is making desperate to find hope that my data will possibly be saved. my life is in this computer.

Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:





Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

Suggestions on how to fix this?

 

Computer Won't Reboot - AMD Data Change...Updata New Data to DMI

If he is getting stuck at verifying DMI pool data, that means his BIOS isn't finishing the POST process before it's hanging up. Although I'm confused now because he said he tried re-installing windows which would indicate that the machine is getting through the entire POST process.

I'm confused now. I think we need a better, more descriptive version of what exactly is happening.

Maybe a full step by step process of what is happening?
