Windows 10: How can I Backup my Windows 10 Start Menu Icons?

Hi.Is it possible to backup my manually created Start Menu Icons? Below indicated in Red are what I mean tell me if they're called something else.The background to this is that every 3 or 4 months, my PC updates itself. Each time it happens al my Start menu icons disappear and are replaced by the "Productivity" icon set seen below. It happens fairly regular, about every quarter, and has been happening for about 2-3 years.If I run a system restore, it SOMETIMES not always restores my icons. Clearly not an ideal solution. Start menu default internet acces icon screwed?

You generally set that via the Start Menu settings (right-click start menu -> properties).

I had that issues a while ago, and it meant removing it from the Start Menu, and reinstalling my browser to get the icon back, it was very odd.

 

Windows 10 Start menu issue

Ive always had issues with the start menu. Pin to start sometimes doesn't work. Now I cant move the icons. And the right click menu sticks. If I do manage to move one it disappears on to reappear later.
