Windows 10: How can I batch convert HEIC to JPG on Windows 11?

Hi everyone, I recently transferred more than 2,000 photos from my iPhone to my Windows 11 computer, and found that they were all in HEIC format. Because I need to convert these photos to JPG format so that they can be used and shared on other devices, but converting them one by one manually is too time-consuming. I checked and it seems that Windows 11 does not have a good tool for batch converting HEIC to jpg by default. Is there any simple way or recommended tool to convert HEIC to JPG format in batches? I am Chester and I need some urgent help.

Today, I found out all my photos stored on iPhone 15 Pro are in .heic extension when I am exploring the DCIM folder on my Windows 10 PC. I have no clue with the heic format and I need to convert 500+ heic images to jpg so I can edit and share with others.

Unfortunately, the default photo and paint app can't open the heic file. Please suggest a fast way to batch convert .heic to .jpg on a Windows 10 PC.
