Windows 10: How can I be sure I'm NOT buying Windows 10 S mode?

I apologize if this question's already been answered 1,000 times already - I just had my first experience with Windows 10 S mode and I want to make sure it's my LAST experience. I'm looking at all the laptops at the various retail websites, and sometimes I will see in the title description "Windows 10" and when I dig into the specs it will say "Windows 10 S Mode." Are ALL "Windows 10 Home" really "Windows 10 S Mode?" If I filter my searches to "Windows 10 Professional" can I be sure I'm NOT getting the S Mode? I've even tried researching an item, say, a Lenovo on Best Buy, with the Lenovo web site, and the model numbers don't necessarily agree... It's like buying a mattress! I appreciate any advice...

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
