Windows 10: How can I block the Windows 10 October 2018 Update version 1809 release? I don’t want to...

I am not interested or ready to upgrade to Windows 10 October 2018 Update. I want to stick with my version a little longer. Is there way for me to block this upgrade ensure that it does not install?

Do you have the 520 or 5500 version of Intel HD graphics?

Neither System Information nor Intel HD Graphics Control Panel tells me, they both just say "Intel HD Graphics". Just as expected, Windows 10 build 17134 much improves the responsiveness of the start menu and taskbar over build 16299 and I will ask whether
or not my Inspiron 7558 can run the successor to Windows 10 version 1809 come October 2018.
