Windows 10: How can I bring my old Windows key over to my new computer?

I'm trying to learn if I can move an existing Windows installation over to my new computer, or if I will have to purchase a new license.When I purchased Windows for my old computer, it was Windows 8.1 Home. I did the free upgrade to Windows 10 Home when it came out. I would have also upgraded it to Windows 11 Home, but it lacked the required TPM module needed for the upgrade.Can I transfer this license to my new computer? I don't care if the old computer doesn't work anymore. I'll just install Ubuntu on it if I continue to use it.Here is the output of `slmgr /dlv` on the old computer:
