I'm trying to buy Minecraft Realms but it says I need Parental Guardian

Hi so Im trying to buy a minecraft realm on minecraft Java but it kept saying I needed Parental approval even though my microsoft account is the head of the family settings. So i removed my other two profiles on the family because they aren't the accounts Im using to purchase the realm with. I tried to purchase the realm again and these two messages popped up. :"{"success":false,"failedValidations":[{"name":"PURCHASE_BLOCKED_BY_FAMILY_SETTING"}]}". Furthermore it keeps saying I need parental approval to purchase this realm. Im pretty frustrated right now and would really need some assistance.

 

How do apps/games I buy propagate to my kids' devices in Windows 10?

Anyhow, here is what I found after experimentation.

• On Master PC (A) with my own account as parent bought Minecraft for Windows 10.
• Logged in to PC (B) as my daughter.
• Went to store and found Minecraft.
• It was listed w/ the option to buy.
• Chose to buy.
• Entered in her password.
• It checked for license information and then downloaded the game and allowed her to play.

So basically you have to buy the game as the parent first, then you can install it on one of your 'devices' that your child has an account on and presumably the child must be in your family account. In app purchases at this point are unknown.

Kids Accounts (WINDOWS 10) - There are no parental control for approving incoming emails for kids account. There are no pre-authorized setup option for kids email contacts. I thought perhaps only authorized individuals on the child's email list for sending
& receiving emailing messages both incoming and going would be under parental controls as a safety option. But, I ran a test and it seems anyone with access to the kid's email address can send that child an email. This is not safe at all. Emails can contain
inappropriate attachments from other kids as well. I thought perhaps parents had control and can setup an approved email contacts list and contents are preapprove by parents before it is visible to the child and vice versa for outgoing email as well. Devices
are controlled, and monitored in reports, however, who is controlling the authorization of contacts & contents to communicate on that device with that child??? as parents have no control options? I like the device monitoring with control offered. Perhaps,
I may have overlook something in the email safety for kids or is this really a standard email for all? We need control options over contacts for under a child's security and protection as well. Also, the Local account (without email option) does not ask
for an age. - I would suppose the entry might be regarded as an adult?
