    how can I cancel a pending charge for a subscription that I did not want/have not used?


    I have already removed/canceled the subscription from my account, but the charge is still pending. I do not want to pay $175 for a service that I have not used and do not want. I'm also slightly confused about what the actual subscription is for; it only tells me that it's a Microsoft subscription.

    Charging my account for a cancelled subscription

    Microsoft keeps trying to charge my account for a PC game pass(beta) subscription I cancelled months ago, and today they charged my account again but this time it went through and is pending. I want a refund and for you to stop charging my account for something
    i cancelled 4 months ago.

    i just tried to cancel it again but it says it cant because the product has already been payed for, please stop charging me and give me a refund.

    Cancel subscription

    I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.

    Why can I not reach ANYONE on ANY phone number listed? I’m being charged for a subscription that I’ve tried for 2 + years to cancel. I can never reach anyone and have no log in information to login to cancel said subscription. This is absolutely the worse system ever!
