Windows 10: How can I change a desktop from a local desktop to work desktop?

My company has recently been bought by another, so we are having to change over all the systems and go through wiping and reinstalling windows on all computers. Some of the computers I am having to do this with are having issues connecting to the internet. I have found a way around it, however I am having to set it up as a local desktop, by continuing setup without internet, setting up the name, password and security settings, logging in then installing drivers and fixing the internet problems. My issue is that I am not sure how I can go about now changing it to a work desktop, so that the des

Remote Desktop

Okay guys need some help here before going crazy...
I am trying to setup a remote desktop connection and see exactly what the logged on user is looking at with out going through Windows Remote Desktop.

Since its local network I don't have any password or want to setup a password.

Any suggestions are appreciated

 

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.

Can anyone come up with a list of parts or an already built desktop, that can handle java based games, after effects , stuff like that for under 300
