    How can I change my monitor resolution to 1920 x 1080 in Windows 10?


    My monitor resolution used to be 1920 x 1080 quite happily and now it has reverted to HUGE characters all of a sudden. The biggest I can choose in Display settings is 1600 x 1200 which looks all wrong, too. Please help!

    1920 X 1080 is not on recommended resolution list

    my monitor has 1920 X 1080 resolution, but 1920 X 1080 is not on recommended resolution list. how can I get 1920 X 1080 resolution listed?

    Windows 10 Lost 1920 X 1080 Resolution

    Same Compaq/HP PC and Asus 23 inch wide screen monitor worked fine Windows 7, and Windows 8.1, upgraded to Windows 10 July 30 and 1920 X 1080 is no longer a option in settings. All the display resolution available makes everything stretched out and larger
    almost like Safe Mode size. Did Windows 10 replace my display driver with something generic? When I roll back to Windows 8.1 it becomes normal again. How do I upgrade my display driver in Windows 10 to offer 1920 X 1080 resolution again? I see no other feedback
    on this problem with Windows 10.
