    Want to change PrtScr hotkey.

    I want to use the PrtScr button to launch a screen capture using SnagIt, but when I try to set it up it says that hotkey is already in use. When I hit the key nothing seems to happen. How do I do this? Windows 10.

    PrtScr Issue

    The PrtScr which was working till some time is not working now. By pressing single PrtScr key the screenshot was getting captured and was automatically getting saved in OneDrive. However, probably after updating Windows that is not working. But, Windows
    Key+PrtScr key is working and taking the screenshot and saving in the Pictures>Screenshot folder. My need is to capture screenshot by pressing one key (PrtScr) only.

    PrtScr Question

    I use two user accounts on my laptop. One professional & other personal.

    While using the pro account if I hit the PrtScr button the screenshot gets saved in the screenshots folder which is great.

    If am using the personal account when I hit the PrtScr button the screenshot doesn't get saved. I have to open an app like paint, paste it there & then save it.

    Is there any settings that I can change where it saves the image automatically?
