Windows 10: How can I change the colour of the blue tiles for windows apps?

Thanks for your speedy reply and advice. That's unfortunate. I found 8.1 far superior to windows 7. I accept that windows 10 is meant to be the best of both worlds with some great improvements and tweeks, but these changes become inadequacies when they
don't give you choice. One step forward, half a step back.... I liked the bright different coloured tiles on 8.1.

Having all the tiles be the same colour blue (other than a few Bing or Xbox related ones) is pretty boring.

Now even all the apps in Microsoft office are the same colour blue as well.

It would be much more fun being able to colour co-ordinate your favourites! or different groups of tiles windows apps one colour, nero another colour, Office another colour etc.

If anyone comes up with a solution to allow tile colour to be determined by the users please let me know.

--CHANGING THE COLOUR OF MY PHONE TILES--

I have tried to change the colour of my tiles by going to settings and changing the colour theme.



The phone has not changed colour and all I have is a black background and tile have no colour.



Can anyone provide some advice please.

What's happen when you try to change colour and select the new colour tile? Do you get any message or just does not change colour?
