Windows 10: How can I change the Mircrosoft store language to english instead of the local country?

I'm trying to purchase a Windows license and the purchase page always defaults to the local country's language. It's 2024, I shouldn't have to rely on a 3rd party translator to purchase a product. Is there a solution for this?

How to Change Windows store and apps language to English

• Is the issue specific to some apps or with all apps?
• Is the language of the OS and keyboard in English?

Step 1: Set the display language to English by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows icon key on the keyboard, type
  Settings and select the top most search result.
• Select Time & Language and click on Region & Language from the left side panel of the window.
• Click on Add a Language under Language settings and select
  English.
• Click on the added language and click on Options.
• Click on Download to download the language pack.
• After the download is complete, select the language and click Set as default.
• Check if the changes are effective.

Step 2: If the issue persist, I suggest you to run the
Windows apps troubleshooter and check if the issue is resolved

In many cases, the Windows Store will automatically notify you if there’s a problem with an app and try to fix the problem. If you continue experiencing problems with an app, this tool can automatically identify and fix some problems with apps and the Store.

Can English be used as a Universal Language for every country?

Thanks Mike P. but you're probably referring to those who buy pirate softwares.

It doesn't matter what or where you buy the computer. It's the software that is the issue. Mine, is genuine btw.

Sorry if my post was confusing. What I was referring to was the software's ability to recognize a country that speaks bilingual or trilingual languages. Hence, Microsoft does not recognize Thailand as one of those countries yet.

For example, if you go to any one of the Microsoft's website or even Samsung or iPhone's websites etc. and you try to change the language settings (usually at the bottom) you'll see that Thailand is not listed in the English language but instead listed in
it's written Thai language. Hence, English is not an option. However, if you chose Malaysia as a language preference you'll see that it's listed language is English. So what happened to the Malayu Malaysians spoken language or Mandarin Malaysia's second
spoken language? That's my point.

Like in the U.S. you have two main languages English and Spanish to chose from.

English (United States) for adding language is greyed.

The step where a list of optional languages are displayed.

The US English is presently not installed, and there is no other language except a base language which came with W10 22H2. Edit: So I just installed the US English. That is it. The US English is greyed because I took the first step of "Add Language" and forgot completing whole steps.
