Windows 10: How can I change windows 11 to shut down automatically without asking me about open...

It seems this question was asked nine years ago on Windows 10 but never resolved here. I don't want to create a batch file. What I want is when I click shut down for it to shut down and not ask me about open programs so if I walk away I will come back and it will be on the login screen. You don't need to remind me about programs using memory, caching, data corruption etc. I am accepting of the risks and just want to make my own decision. If I didn't want to shut it down I would let it go to sleep. Thank you very much for any assistance.

Windows System Application flashes open and shuts down automatically | Windows 11

I have recently upgraded to windows 11 and everything worked fine for 2 - 3 weeks. However, recently I have found that i cant open the settings application. Upon starting the settings app, it flashes open and shuts down automatically. I have tried all the options to open the settings app including the ones mentioned here:

I suspect this is Windows 11 upgrade issue.

I can neither open excel files, not launch Microsoft teams. Upon starting Excel file it suggests me to open through a safe mode, and when i click yes, it shuts and nothing happens.

Can anyone advise how to fix this issue?

How can I prevent automatic updating a specific driver in Windows 11, leaving other updates as usual.?

1. Press Windows + S keys together to open Search
   
2. Now type Device installation settings
   
3. Click on Change Device installation settings and then select the option No (your device might not work as expected)
   
4. Now click on Save Changes
   

I followed this steps already and every time i restart my computer it updates anyway. what can i do?
