Windows 10: How can I check if my office device or applications have been used to watch / hack my home...

Hello,I somehow suspect that my phone activities and home network is being watched. How can I detect if this is true and who is doing it?I used to use my personal machine to access virtual workspace for which I had installed Citrix but which I deleted a couple of months ago. I also had office issued Windows OS laptop connected to my home WIFI. I noticed Telemetry logs on my office machine. I do not have proficiency to read and understand these logs. Can my office use Telemetry or any other program to watch my personal devices which are connected to the same network? I also had downloaded Intun

• Type “Programs and Features” in the search box and press Enter.
• Check if Microsoft Office application is listed in the list of installed applications.
• If it is listed, then navigate to This PC>Local disc (C>Windows.old.
• Check if the Office application is present there.
• If still not found, then suggest you to install the application using the installation media.

office ( 2010 + 2013 + 2016 ) cant save after the last update
