Windows 10: How can i check what file was quarantined?

So i got a message that my windows defender found something and put it in quarantine. But when i wanted to see which file it was and everything i got a pop up message that asked me if i want to allow windows defence sistem verified publisher: Microsoft Windows to make changes to my computer. I dont know what kind of changes it mean so i didn’t click yes. But i just want to know how i can view the file that was quarantined. Thanks to anyone who can help

Batch file to empty quarantines

I have at least five folders in x32Win10ProV22H2 that are named Quarantine. I have tried unsuccessfully to empty them using a batch file with various codes suggested by Google. Are folders name Quarantine immune from auto-emptying ? If not, can I please get batch file code that would be effective. I've seen many suggestions to use Powershell - and would do so, if it is in batch file format.

2- Go to Threat History tab.

3- In the History tab, check for Quarantined items.
