Windows 10: How can I choose the version 1909 when using Windows Media Creation Tool?

I'm planning on doing a fresh install this week, and I'd like to stick with version 1909 for now. Is there any way I could get a link from Microsoft to download it? Windows Media Creation Tool wants me to install the latest version, but I figured that maybe there could be a workaround or something, so I can get the version that I need. I've been browsing around the internet and found out I can get it from a website called TechBench by WZT, but I have no idea how reliable it is. Thank you.

Media Creation tool for Windows 10 1809 Version

Hi All,

I need to upgrade the windows 10 machine previous version to 1809 version. Due to standard version, i couldnt install the latest version 1909 on the workstation. When i try to search i can get the media creation tool for 1909 version but unable to find the
download link for 1809 version. Please help me to download the media creation tool or iso image for 1809 version.

Where is Windows 10 Media Creation Tool for 1909? All I get when I go to the MS site is the "May Update" 1903.
