    my mother in law passed away january 5th 2024, im trying to close out her account so nobody can get her info and commit fraud. can you please help me with this?

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    How do I close one of my OneDrive accounts?

    I want to close the OneDrive account I used for my (deceased) business. It operates from the same PC I have for personal business (it wasn't a big business anyway). I just want to close the one account and leave the other open.
