Windows 10: how can I connect my input device?

So I know how to do this, but the tricky part is that I don't have windows activated so I cant just go to settings and connect. My pc has to automatically connect to it. Its registered as a input device and it detects sound it just won't connect to where I can actually use it. Any help?

• What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far to fix this issue?

Does your system boot in EFI at the moment ? f the error "the requested system device cannot be found" occurs when you try to perform Bootrec operations using a USB installation media, it may not find the correct system partition, which causes bootrec /rebuildbcd: The requested system device cannot be found Windows 10 issue. You may try this method to set the correct partition. Step 1. Boot from a UEFI Windows 10 installation (CD/DVD/USB) disk, and in Advanced options page, choose Command Prompt. Step 2. Input diskpart and press Enter to list all partitions and for you to identify EFI partition. Please note that EFI partition is formatted as FAT32 type (if the EFI partition is missing, Your installation may not be in EFI mode OR you have Greater Problems). Step 3. Input select volume 3 and press Enter (here volume 3 is the volume number of the EFI partition). Step 4. Input assign letter=m to assign a letter to the EFI partition and press Enter. You may replace m with a letter of your choice. Step 5. Input exit and press Enter to exit diskpart Step 6. Then type the following commands in Command Prompt and press Enter after every command. cd /d m:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\ bootrec /fixboot Step 7. Input ren BCD BCD.bak and press Enter to change the name of BDC file from BCD to BCD.bak file. Step 8. Input bcdboot c:\Windows /l en-us /s m: /f ALL and press Enter to recreate BCD. Mouse/Touch input for Windows Connect

I have seen at least two different extensive threads on this subject without resolution. When connecting an Android device using SmartConnect to Windows Connect, the keyboard function works but the mouse or touch input on the Windows PC does not. Instead
a notification appears directing the user to enable touch input in the Action Center -> Connect area. Microsoft's standard answer is the following:

In the meantime, we recommend that you check the Action Center and check if you're able to see the Allow input from a keyboard or mouse option. If the option is available, follow these steps:

1. Under Action Center, click Connect button.
2. Click the name of the device you're trying to project.
3. Uncheck and check the Allow input from a keyboard or mouse connected to this display option. Kindly refer to the screenshot below:

This, however, does not work. I have tested this on several Windows PCs with and without touchscreens and it makes no difference. The option does not present itself and therefore there is no way to control the connected device from the PC. The creen merely
functions as a remote display. It does not mirror the Android device.

Can you provide a solution?
