    I am referring to the post at Windows 11 Error message 0x00000709 when trying to install shared - Microsoft Community . For solution given by Ramesh Srinivasan below:


    I need clarification for the given steps from the link above that is this need to be configured for both PC which are PC that

    • direct connect to the printer via USB and share the printer,
    • and PC that wants to connect to that printer ?

    Can't connect to shared printer

    I can't connect to shared printer from another computer. My computer using windows 11 since January 2022. But after update to 22H2 my printer list has lost, and then I can't connect to shared printer from another computer with error code 0x00000bc4. The other computer who shared the printer using windows 7.

    how can I connect again to the shared printer?

    Yeah, I have windows firewall disabled, and I don't use any other firewall... mostly to prevent stupid issues like this.

    None taken... and yeah, I do.
