I am trying to change the C drive to be on disk 0, in order to boot directly from it. I would also like to enable secure boot in order to upgrade to windows 11. I have been trying to convert the drive format from mbr to gpt unsuccessfully. When I was in command prompt with administrator privilege, and did mbr2gpt.exe /validate /allowfullOS, it told me “cannot find partition for disk 1”.I tried creating a new partition on disk 1, to change the boot process from my HDD to my SSD, to no avail because of what is shown in the cmd screenshot above.So if I cannot convert it to gpt in cmd because of t

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

This method you have to backup all your data and delete all partitions and volumes. Then use the
DISKPART command.

• Open command prompt and type in DISKPART and press Enter
• Then type in list disk (Note down the number of disk you want to convert to GPT)
• Then type in select disk number of disk
• Finally type in convert gpt.
