Windows 10: How can I correct the erroneous system information displayed by Settings>System>About?

My HP Spectre laptop running a retail license of Windows 10 Pro recently died. I replaced it with an LG gram laptop which came with Windows 10 Home pre-installed. Since I used Macrium Reflect to back up the HP PCs Windows 10 Pro system image, I also used Macrium to redeploy that Windows 10 Pro system image to the LG gram PC, overlaying Windows 10 Home and thus relieving me of having to reinstall all the programs that were on the HP PC.However, when I invoke Settings>System>About on the LG gram, it displays the system information for the HP Spectre PC from which I transferred Windows 10

Erroneous symbols at the bottom left corner of desktop icons

I'm running Windows 10 with the latest updates. A few days ago, the icons for objects on the desktop changed appearance. The icons are correct but
all have a symbol at the bottom left corner:

• Shortcuts show the correct shortcut symbol
• All files erroneously show a shortcut symbol
• Almost all folders erroneously show a shortcut symbol
• Some folders erroneously show "X"

The icons for files and folders (including the Desktop folder) displayed using File Explorer are all normal.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Change: Hard Disk(s) to Storage Device(s)
Change: LCD/CRT Model: to Display Device(s):
add an Audio Device(s) = for headsets and speaker set ups.

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to customize the display:

• In the search box type settings.
• Click on system option.
• Then click on display option and then you can change it.
• For more settings for display you can go for advance settings option.
