Windows 10: How can I create a 1GB WinRE in windows 10?

According to what I've read regarding the failure of installing a recent update KB....441, I have the issue of a too small WinRE partition, I've read the instructions on line for creating a new partition, and have a question or two about it. This is using the cmd line instructions.How is the new partition size determined? I see nothing that calls out a specific size for the partition. being created, is this somehow automatically done within the OS of the computer?Can I specify I want this partition to be 1 GB, I have a huge SSD in this machine and am planning ahead for more of Microsoft's upda

Now that W10 is out, are you a W7 / W8 refusenik?

No, it isn't the same partition as in Windows 7. Under Windows 10, my test machine still has a 100MB System Reserved partition, in addition to the 449MB unlabeled partition. System Reserved holds the boot and repair utilities. The bigger, unlabeled partition is WinRE (Windows Recovery Environment):
