Windows 10: How can I create a multiple series? (example within)

I have hard time creating a list of series in excel.
For example,

I have a cell:

www.url.com/abc/abc_01.01.000
www.url.com/abc/abc_01.01.001
www.url.com/abc/abc_01.01.002
...
www.url.com/abc/abc_01.01.999




www.url.com/abc/abc_01.02.000
www.url.com/abc/abc_01.02.001
...
www.url.com/abc/abc_01.02.999



and so on all the way up to


www.url.com/abc/abc_01.99.000
www.url.com/abc/abc_01.99.001
...
www.url.com/abc/abc_01.99.999



How can I do this using excel? (Without manually doing it one by one)
I did some research on Youtube but I can't seem to find the right answer for my problem.

Batch create a series of folders (example: F-0001 to F-0025)

Is there a way to create a series of folders an have them sequentially numbered either numerically or alphanumerically?

I seem to remember that in the old MS-DOS there was a way to create filenames or directory names and specify a base filename and then have the OS increment or decrement the range...filing in the next number or alpha character in the sequence...and even specifying
a step in the sequence.

Or did I just imagine it?
