Windows 10: How can I deal with a folder whose name contains forbidden characters?

Unable to do any operation apart from dir in CLI} on a folder and contents thereof called "6 The Vigilant Fox on Twitter .@JoeRogan It's 'F cking Wild' That We Follow Bill Gates' Advice on Matters of Public Health He's not a scientist. He's not a virologist. He's not a medical doctor, yet he was this public health advocate on televis_files". Folder and contents are visible in File Explorer, but can't be renamed or moved or deleted. Presume this is a problem with forbidden characters. I would at least like to be able to delete it. Suggestions?

Text Files Register 0 Bytes even with 90K Characters, Cannot E-mail

Sometimes it's as simple of clicking the Name at the top of the column in Details view then click it again to get the list refreshed. Also usually works to close and open File Explorer and navigate to the folder that contains the file. Keep in mind that a folder cannot contain 2 files of the exact same name, one has to be at least one character different. And possible to open a file in the program used to create it, see if there's actually anything in it. Also possible to open that program then File, Open and see it's listed.

I modified the registry as directed.

What is the Container folder and why is it missing?

They have 5 steps listed? Can you not get the files they mention in step 5? I can't tell if Containers is the name of a Windows file or just an internal reference or what.
