Windows 10: How can I delete a custom keyboard layout from my COMPUTER

So I create my own custom keyboard layout but every time I want to change something I need to create a new keyboard layout so I have multiple keyboard layouts with the same description because apparently the descriptions of every keyboard layout have a capacity of 16 letters, taking up space, and useless. How can I delete the extra keyboard layouts permanently? Because the English option for keyboards doesn't have a delete a keyboard layout option or a change a keyboard layout option.

How to completely delete custom keyboard from windows 10

I decided I wanted to try alternate keyboard layouts from QWERTY. Using the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator I made one that I thought was suited to my needs. I have adjusted it and made modifications to make it more like I wanted. The first time I built
the layout I wasn't aware the description would be what shows up when selecting Keyboards in Settings > Time & Language > Language. The next time I adjusted the layout I updated the description, but the old description still shows up when selecting a Keyboard.

I was hoping to start over fresh with the setting up a custom keyboard layout, but cannot figure out a way to delete this current custom keyboards from the list of keyboards. (I am not having a problem of uninstalling them from being active.) I would like
to remove the keyboard layouts completely from the machine.

I have attempted navigating the registry editor to see if I could find them, but to no avail. If anyone knows how to completely delete custom made keyboard layouts made with Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator from the computer. Please let me know what steps
I should take.

Cannot remove Keyboard Layout

It is possible that you need to configure your keyboard layout that is why you still see it in the list even you already remove it. To address your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps on this

thread provided by DikkeryDok last October 27, 2017 to remove the specific keyboard layout you are referring to.
