Windows 10: How can I delete an old OneDrive file? I receive an error code 0x80070091 when trying to...

Files won't delete off of OneDrive or Desktop

Hello, I was downloading my files from a microsdcard onto my school computer to transfer to another microsd card. The problem is the computer automatically syncs all the files to OneDrive. This wouldn't be a problem if the files I uploaded weren't 100+ gigabytes. Now whenever I try to delete the files on my desktop or on OneDrive, they won't delete. The only error messages I've recieved are error 0x80070091, error 0x80004005, and error code:5384 on OneDrive. I've tried everything from pausing the syncing and deleting, deleting on OneDrive, regularly deleting, and it always either does nothing or give me the erros listed above. I need to use this OneDrive for school ASAP but the files are clogging up the space. If anybody can help me with this issue it'd be greatly appreciated .

I am running Windows 10, I upgraded from Windows 7 X.86 Is it possible that Windows Update is still using the old Recycle Bin? Windows Update keeps failing because of a Corrupt file, When I reboot the Machine I get the message that a file is corrupt on
the C:\ Drive and it specifies the Recycle Bin. It also asks if I'd like to empty the file. I answer yes and receive the above error when trying to delete the folder and stops. Waiting on an answer, Try again, Skip or Cancel

Error code 0x80070091 normally indicates that the process to do system restore has failed or was not completed. Can you post back the steps you have performed to fix this error? Prior to this issue, were there any changes made in your computer? Was
there a recent update installed?
