Windows 10: How can I detach my now void school account from my personal Microsoft account?

Hi,

Primary Issue:

Cannot remove school account which no longer exists. Accessing the Email & accounts settings from within Windows 10 See Image gives me only the option to manage the account See accounts circled in yellow; which just takes me into that educational institution log in page which is useless because I can't log in.



Background:
I'm trying to use the Your Phone Companion app by Microsoft for Android, however it fails to log in manually or by using the QR code generated by the Windows 10Your Phone app. However the Your Phone app tells me that I may need to update my password which I believe is just because my old school account is no longer valid e.g. doesn't exist and therefore I can't log in to it, so I tried to remove but I cant seem to be able too.

Sync personal microsoft account and school microsoft account

I have one Microsoft account for School and one for personal usage (using multiple devices). How do I sync both accounts like, edge browsing history-favourites, windows personalize settings, etc.?
