Windows 10: How can I disable high contrast settings for certain apps? ie Edge,Outlook

I like some of the benefits of customising my display settings and the ease of access. I am yet to find a way to set high contrast to exclude certain apps where it interferes with them to the point of uselessness. Also, every time I go to save a change in Themes it creates a whole new theme, and wont let me resave with the same name. Any suggestions please.

Follow these steps on how to turn high contrast mode on or off in Windows:

• Type "high contrast settings" in the search box, and then select High contrast settings from the list of results.
• Under Choose a theme, select a high contrast theme from the drop-down menu, and then select Apply.
• To turn off high contrast mode, select None from the drop-down menu, and then select Apply.
• To turn high contrast mode on or off from the sign-in screen, select the Ease of Access button in the lower-right corner and choose High Contrast.
• To turn high contrast on or off from the keyboard, press left Alt + left Shift + Print
  Screen.

Open Start > Settings > Ease of access > Color & high contrast

Click in the High contrast list box

Choose None

Scroll down then click Apply

 

i have messed up with my display settings in widows 10. the contrast level has gone high,want to fix it needed help
