Windows 10: How can I disable Hyper-V?

I had installed google play games in my pc. It enabled Hyper-V. Then I felt bad with it and uninstalled google play games. But if I try other emulators, They needs to disable Hyper-V. I tried to disable from windows features. but there are no hyper-V options. I tried many commands but the commands didn't work. I tried also PowerShell commands. I couldn't disable it? Does anyone has solution?

1. in Control Panel : select Programs and Features.
   
2. Select : Turn Windows features on or off.
   
3. Expand Hyper-V >> expand Hyper-V Platform
   
4. and then, remove the : Hyper-V Hypervisor check box.

Hyper-V, please create a backup of your files for security purposes.

To disable Hyper-V, please follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Turn Windows Features on or off and press
  Enter.
• Look for the Hyper-V folder.
• Uncheck the tick-box next to the main Hyper-V folder and click
  OK.
• Restart your PC.
