Windows 10: How can I disable this or prevent the task bar from showing even if I drag my mouse down...

In ROBLOX and other games when playing and I look down drag my mouse down the task bar pops up even in full screen, this stops me from moving in the game and can get very bothersome. also happens when I move the mouse too far up, and the [ - X ] and window borders show.I've tried going into settings and messing with every personalization and task bar option ex: Hide task bar and nothing I do in game or in windows OS seems to hide the task bar or lock me in Fullscreen mode even if my mouse goes to the top or bottom.How can I stay in full screen, or stop the task bar and windows borders

how to successfully pin files to the task bar

I use to be able to drag and drop files onto the task bar and they would reside withing the file list for that program. Since the recent upgrade it appears that I am not able to pin a file to the program on the task bar. Suggestions?

 

Why dosnt my task bar show color?

Windows 10 Pro doesn't change anything about the taskbar, it's the exact same operating System as Home with just a few extra features unlocked.

You said the color is wrong on the task bar so I showed you all ways to adjust that in Personalization settings.

If you're now saying the task bar size is too small, right click an empty are of task bar to Unlock Taskbar, then place your mouse cursor at the top of the task bar until it turns into a double-headed arrow, drag it up one level to make it bigger. Another method is to right click task bar to choose Taskbar Settings, choose Use small Task Bar.
