Windows 10: How can I disable this Windows pulldown menu when browsing?

A week ago, I accidentally clicked the wrong combination of keys and a pulldown Emoji menu suddenly appeared on address bar of my Chrome browser. Pressing ESC and/or Delete wouldn't make the pulldown Emoji menu disappear and what I attempted to type would no longer appear in the address bar. The same symptoms also appeared on two other browsers, MS Edge and Firefox. The only way I could get out of this was to restart Windows.This same thing has happened several times since then. Greetings,

What Services would DISABLE the items in the Startup Menu Pulldown Menu? I am sure, in a fit of madness, I disabled some Services trying to improve function of my VAIO. I did not, for some obscure reason, record the Services I assaulted. Can someone help
out an idiot please?? I accept the associated abuse for being a bit of a Gonk!! 8*)

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.

How do you disable inprivate browsing (permanently) in Edge on W10 Mobile?

When you use InPrivate tabs or window, your browsing data such as your history, temporary internet files, and cookies is not saved on your device once you close/exit the app.
Thus, disabling InPrivate browsing feature in Microsoft Edge on a Windows 10 Mobile is unavailable.

Since this feature isn't available, we request that you submit this on our Windows Feedback Hub app to make this feature better. Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback Hub app or press and hold
   Volume Down+Power button for about 2-3 seconds to launch the app.
   
2. Open the menu icon at the top left side.
3. Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the add button (+).
   
4. Select Suggestion and fill up the box with the details needed.
   
5. Select the right category for the suggestion and then submit.
