Windows 10: How can I dismiss notification from app & browser control?

App & browser control on my windows 11 laptop keep telling me that "potentially unwanted app found, your device may perform poorly". I cannot "dismiss" the notification and when I try to click the "review" button state that "no recent action". Please help coz this is so annoying.

How do I dismiss notifications?

It seems the only to dismiss notifications is to individually click on each one which then opens the appropriate app. If I have say, 15 email notifications I have to click on the email notification 15 times to dismiss it entirely. This is super annoying and there must be a better way.

NOTE I do not want to disable notifications, just dismiss them.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Which Windows 10 apps currently support Universal Dismiss for notifications?

Universal notifications were released with the Anniversary Update for Windows 10. From what I understand with the Anniversary Update there is also a feature called universal dismiss, which syncs your dismissed notifications. What top Windows Store apps
currently support this feature? I tried it with the Twitter for Windows 10 app notifications on my PC with the Anniversary Update, waiting for the notifications to be dismissed on my Microsoft Lumia 640 with the Anniversary Update, but it still shows the dismissed
Twitter notifications on my phone after about 10 minutes of waiting. I am excited about this feature and really wish to take advantage of it.
